At Turner Digital Consulting, we are committed to delivering high-quality, results-driven services for every client. Due to the nature of our consulting, strategy, and implementation work—which involves immediate allocation of time, expertise, and resources—all sales are final and non-refundable.

 

1. No Refunds

 

Once payment is received for any service, consultation, or project, it is non-refundable.This applies to all services, including but not limited to:Consulting sessionsAutomation setup and implementationCustom AI developmentBranding or web design projectsCancellations or failure to attend scheduled sessions will not result in a refund.

 

2. Rescheduling

 

If you are unable to attend a booked session, you may request to reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

 

3. Project Adjustments

 

If you are dissatisfied with any deliverable, we encourage you to provide feedback so we can make reasonable adjustments to align with the agreed-upon scope. Refunds will not be issued in such cases.

 

4. Legal & Compliance

 

This no-refund policy is consistent with consumer protection laws applicable to custom, service-based, and digital work. By booking our services, you acknowledge and agree to this policy in full.
